Rileys Dollhouse Day 6
Ive made a door to fit the face of the house, and also some door stops to finish off the opening. Ive also put some saw cuts on the door to give it a little more detail.
Next, I permenantly mounted the face to the house, and trimed the edges. Now I can start the pillar work. I decided to do a new procedure, and trim out the top and bottom of the pillars with 1x oak.

Dollhouse for Peaches Day 10
Now is the time to put on the front door and related trim. Ive scribed and cut the door from a piece of solid oak, mounted it on brass hinges and on to the jamb. Ive also cut some decorative grooves in the door to give some detail...
Ive formed some special outside trim pieces, to finish off the front...
Ive stood the front face in place, just to see what it looks like...
...And added a brass door knob !!!
